ASF Aprova Norma Regulamentar n.º 7/2022-R

A Autoridade de Supervisão de Seguros e Fundos de Pensões (ASF), aprovou no dia 7 de junho a Norma Regulamentar n.º 7/2022-R, relativa ao tema de conduta de mercado, que entrará em vigor 30 dias após a data da sua publicação em Diário da República.

A referida Norma Regulamentar revoga:

  1. Norma n.º 10/2009-R, de 25 de junho (sobre conduta de mercado);
  2. Circular n.º 9/2009, de 5 de agosto (relativa ao interlocutor perante a ASF);
  3. Circular n.º 8/2010, de 27 de maio (sobre o reporte relativo à gestão de reclamações).
